Together with AD Lousada, we welcome veteran hockey players from all over Europe to the Sardinha Cup – the international veterans’ field hockey tournament! Men’s and women’s teams can register for the 11 vs. 11 tournament. We offer a unique mix of sport and Portuguese culture.

The first day of the Sardinha Cup kicks off! Between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, you'll arrive in Porto, where a bus will take you to the hotel. In the afternoon, the first matches begin and the tournament truly comes to life. We’ll end the day with a lively BBQ and music at the club.
The second day of the Sardinha Cup begins with the second round of matches from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This will be followed by a picnic lunch at the club. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore Porto on your own.
The final day of the Sardinha Cup begins with the finals from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This will be followed by the award ceremony and lunch at the club. From 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, there is free time or the opportunity to prepare for departure.
